HOUSE BONDING DAYS
All houses meet their house captains at lunch hours on every Thursday to renew sense of pride, unity and belonging.

HOUSE RACETRACK
Board with House Reward Points and Deductions.
House points are awarded for academic, extra-curricular and pastoral activities in daily school life.
There are bonus house points on victory in Inter Houses Competitions.
The winning House gets the “Annual House Cup” and a house treat.

MTLS Houses programme is developed such that all pupils could have opportunities, recognizing all strengths.

HOUSE LEADERSHIP SKILLS
House Captains and vice captains are given lectures and sessions on leadership, team management and management with victories and defeats gracefully.

ELECTIONS
Elections for House Captains take place in August of each year. All students from Grade 1 till O111 are eligible to vote.

HOUSE MENTORING
House Captains and Vice Captains also act as mentors for their juniors and are always available to them if they want to discuss any important matter.

The school counselor liaises with House Captains to offer pastoral support for all students.
